Why we loose motivation, to do,what we suppose to do?
i)Because we just forget,why we are doing,what we are doing.
Hence there is the role of community, which inspires us, who are working on the same goal as we are working on.Thus just surround yourself with right kind of people and avoid the things which demotivates you.
ii) The second reson for that is,we don't get instant result for what we are doing.
For that we just have to understand that whatever it maybe -want to create something in our career,to build a new habit,to build a new value, to build health, whatever new it is. These are the physical things or the physical manifestation of what we want. So it takes time. we have to do it consistently, to have result.
Another part which we have to understand that,we have to do right things for what we want to achieve.and what is the right thing? it comes from experience.Experience of ours while working on that thing or the people who have got that thing (what we want) hence we have to reach to the right experience of ours or to that people,which ultimately takes time.Once we reach there, we do that right thing,consistently, what we want,is ours.
iii) The third reason to loose motivation and forget what we want to do or suppose to do, is that we don't believe,that it is possible and we can do it.
How to make ourselves believe,that it is possible and we can do it?
Just see the people who have achieved it. and surround yourself with that kind of people,the maximum people of that kind. See them -who were they,who are they now, what makes them reach here. See them and follow them consistantly.As you do it repeatedly, you will also start believing ,that you can also do it.(Remember the bombardment of a product on us,through advertisement on TV, radio,visual pictures, newspapers and social media,we come across each day.Though we actually don't know,it is good or bad. but due to constant bombardment,we want to get that,at least want to try once.we get some sort of result and we make them habit.Some products are better than what we are using now but we don't know about that.what is more and constantly bombarded,we only remember that and whenever we want that kind of product we unconsciously get that bombarded product only ,as we started believing into them .As our belief becomes stronger,we do that again and again and it becomes a habit.)
So till you start believing,that it is possible and you can do it and till it becomes your habit,just avoid the stuff which is not useful or which demotivates you.As you avoid the negative or the demotivating stuff(decluttering negative things). There is nothing more remain, than the positive things. Once you start to do it, more positivity comes,more positive people come into your life. You will start becoming positive and will start focusing more on positive things and attract more positivity. The cycle repeats and you will start believing it and it becomes your habit.
Once it becomes a habit, just add some fuel to it which makes your habits strong and makes your belief strong.
One day, your belief become so strong that you don't need to avoid the negativity around you.You will become so positive that the negativity around you doesn't matter to you. The things which were irritated you sometimes before,doesn't matter to you and you will laugh at them, laugh at that past you, that in what small things we were stucked before.
And as you can see that,how far you have come from that past you, you feel that you can do it .The things which I thought never going to happen, is in front of me now. if I did that possible,then I can do anything, which I think now is not possible.I can make it possible.Thus our belief system become more stronger.
And we can achieve what we and anyone around us thought,not possible.
