You don't need to worry and pretend,

It's unfortunate that you had to wear masks

remove it and I will still hold you.


With your fears, insecurities,

even with your survival mechanisms,

I will still hold you.


You can relax in my hold always,

I will keep holding you.


And that me is you.

I will hold me always.

  𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬? Have you ever wondered that? Last night, while journaling, I was reflecting on this question. Today, during a session with my mentor, Puja Puneet, I gained even more insights into this topic—specifically about energy. What I Learned- 1.People feel demotivated and lack energy because they don’t have a strong enough desire. Their 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 to truly move them. 2. They 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, which leads to demotivation. The Key is to: Have a deep desire. Make fast decisions and take fast actions. The more you numb yourself,the more you bury who you truly are

At just 8 years old, I unknowingly adopted a survival strategy—numbing myself. Whenever I felt uncomfortable emotions I couldn’t express, I turned to television as my escape. And so, the avoidance continued. Even as an adult I avoided uncomfortable emotions by watching television, mobile, and living in an alternate fantasy world to avoid the discomfort and to feel temporary good. But here’s the truth- 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳,𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲.
